Service Level Agreement

1. SERVICE SCOPE 

1.1 The Provider will provide the Customer with a real-time dashboard solution for web shop owners, collecting and processing data from various sources, including Web shop APIs, accounting APIs, and bank account APIs (the “Service”).

 

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY 

2.1 As the Service is currently in an Alpha stage, the Provider can only commit to a “best effort” service level. This means the Provider will make all reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, the Provider cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service at this time.

 

3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT 

3.1 The Provider will offer customer support via email and through an online helpdesk. The Provider will use its best efforts to respond to support queries within 48 business hours.

 

4. PERFORMANCE REVIEW 

4.1 Service availability and issue response times will be reviewed periodically. Once the Service reaches a more advanced stage of development, the Provider will aim to offer more specific service levels.

 

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES 

5.1 In order to access the Service, the Customer must maintain an operational internet connection. The Customer is responsible for all fees associated with their internet connection. 

5.2 The Customer is responsible for the security and integrity of their own data. The Customer agrees not to upload or share any data that they do not have the rights to use. 

5.3 The Customer must provide accurate and current contact information. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep this information updated. The Provider may use this information to contact the Customer regarding their account or any changes to the Service.

5.4 The Customer is required to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information. Any disruption in the Service due to outdated or incorrect payment information is solely the Customer’s responsibility.

 

6. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER 

6.1 The Provider warrants that it will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. However, given the current Alpha stage of the Service, the Provider cannot warrant that the Service will operate without interruption or be error-free.

 

7. TERM AND TERMINATION 

7.1 This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the Terms of Service.
