General
Zenny is a browser-based financial insights solution for small and medium-sized ecommerce merchants. Zenny consolidates all the important financial data from sources such as ecommerce platforms, banks, credit cards and accounting platforms, and presents all the critical data in one dashboard.
Our clients use Zenny to be able to do cash flow forecasting based on actual real-time data, and to understand and forecast the P&L faster – in short, to manage and grow their businesses more effectively.
All you need is a Shopify store and a European bank account to get started with Zenny. We also recommend integrating your bookkeeping platform with Zenny in order to get most out of it, but it is not mandatory. Currently we provide full integration to Fortnox, Procountor, and Netvisor.
Choose and subscribe your plan or contact us to have a quick chat about your business and what Zenny can do to you. After that we get you onboard and instruct you on how to get most out of Zenny and you can start boosting your business.

In case you want to cancel your paid subscription, you can cancel any time you want. After the cancellation your subscription continues until the end of your next billing cycle. During a free trial you can unsubscribe at any time without any obligations.
Payments
We currently accept all major credit cards.
We use Stripe to process the payments. You can read more about Stripe’s solution here https://stripe.com/
After your free trial, you can choose from two subscription plans: Starter and Growth. Starter plan is 19 € / month + 0,1 % of monthly sales and Growth 99 € / month + 0,1 % of monthly sales. Depending on your plan, you will be charged 19 € or 99 € in the beginning of your billing cycle, and 0,1 % of monthly sales is calculated from the sales occurred during the previous 30 days. For example, if your paid subscription for Starter Plan that started 1st of January, you will be charged 19 € on 1st January, and on 31st of January you will be charged 19 € + 0,1 % based on January sales volume.
No, you don’t need a credit card to start your free trial. However, you need to use a credit card to active paid subscription of Zenny.
Data Privacy
Our Data Processing Agreement https://zenny.ai/data-processing-agreement/ and Privacy Policy https://zenny.ai/privacy-policy/ describe how we handle the data you provide to us when you use our service. This includes basic information collected for the purposes of maintaining a customer relationship and facilitating billing.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may engage service providers to process personal information or transfer such personal information to third parties to the extent such transfers are reasonably necessary for the business purposes of Zenny and its parent company Vatzy Oy.

You can try Zenny free of charge for 14 days. Activate your free trial easily by signing up via https://hub.zenny.ai. Your free trial starts automatically after sign up and you have full access to all features. After free trial period, your subscription will automatically end. In order to continue using Zenny you need to choose one of the paid subscriptions. You may also unsubscribe your free trial at any time without any obligations.
